Description

This patient had a severely deviated septum with difficulty breathing and a large dorsal hump, overprotecting nose and dropping tip. He underwent open septorhinoplasty with deprojection/upward rotation of the nasal tip by setback of the lateral crura of the lower cartilages. He is pictured 3 weeks post operative.
