Description
This is a 36 year old woman who underwent bilateral breast augmentation with silicone gel filled breast implants. Her breasts were small and slightly deflated (you can see the slight nipple inversion) after 2 pregancies. Implant was placed submuscular (under the muscle) through an incision in the inframammary fold (breast crease).
